Two days wilderness experience ideal for those seeking an introduction to rafting in this river. Spectacular scenery, abundant wildlife and rapids increasing in excitement as your confidence grow. In our opinion, a much more enjoyable trip than the Trisuli.

August to October is the Best time to do rafting in this river.

The first day we drive west of kathmandu early in the morning for Damauli. After the rafts are rigged, we set off down the Seti River, a tributary of the Saptagandaki River. We spend the whole day with in its forested canyon. In the afternoon a small but technical rapid is encountered near the village of Saranghat, inhabited by Magars, who are renowned for generation of service with Gorkha force. Sarangghat is a colorful middle hill village. The first night camp is on a spacious beach below the village

The next day we encounter a technical rapid graded between 3-5 before entering the Trisuli River. After lunch you can visit a unique religious community- Davghat. Well know among the Hindus. Every year in mid-January, thousand of pilgrims visit the river and the ashram to worship

At this point where the Kaligandaki joins the Trisuli and because the Narayani River you get a choice between coming back to Kathmandu or continuing journey to visit the Royal Chitwan National Park .
